No Show Page

The No Show Page is designed to help hotel staff manage reservations where guests have not turned up. This page allows you to view and cancel such reservations efficiently.

Key Features

  • View No Show Reservations: Displays all reservations where guests have not checked in by the expected arrival date.
  • Date Range Selection: Allows you to specify a start and end date to filter the no-show reservations.
  • Cancel Reservations: Provides an option to cancel reservations directly from this page.

How to Use

  1. Select Date Range: Use the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields to specify the period for which you want to view no-show reservations.
  2. Submit: Click the "Submit" button to retrieve the list of no-show reservations within the selected date range.
  3. View Details: The table will display the following details for each no-show reservation:
    • SN: Serial number of the reservation.
    • Action: Options to view or cancel the reservation.
    • Rooms: Room number(s) associated with the reservation.
    • Initial Deposit: Amount of initial deposit made by the guest.
    • Guest: Name of the guest.
    • No. of Nights: Number of nights the reservation was made for.
    • Total Rate: Total rate for the reservation.
    • Reservation Type: Type of reservation (e.g., online, walk-in).
    • Arrival Date: Expected arrival date of the guest.
    • Departure Date: Expected departure date of the guest.
    • Billing Info: Billing information associated with the reservation.
    • Payment: Payment status of the reservation.
