Sales Page​

The Sales Page is designed to facilitate the creation and management of sales transactions. Below is a detailed explanation of each section and its functionalities:

  • SALE: Indicates the current page.
  • Export Button: Allows users to export sales data.

Customer Information​

  • Customer Name: Dropdown menu to select the customer's name.
  • Salesperson: Dropdown menu to select the salesperson handling the transaction.
  • Order Date: Calendar icon to select the date of the order.
  • Due Date: Calendar icon to select the due date for the order.

Shipping Information​

  • Ship To Address: Section to add or select the shipping address. Use the 'Add New' button to enter a new address.

Order Summary​

This section provides a detailed summary of the products included in the sales order:

  • Product ID: Unique identifier for each product.
  • Description: Brief description of the product.
  • Quantity: Number of units ordered.
  • Unit Price: Price per unit of the product.
  • Discount %: Percentage discount applied to the product.
  • Total: Total cost for each product line after applying the discount.

Financial Summary​

At the bottom of the page, you will find a summary of the financial details:

  • Subtotal: Total cost of all products before tax and shipping.
  • Tax Rate: Option to add tax to the subtotal.
  • Shipping Cost: Option to add shipping cost.
  • Grand Total: Final total amount including tax and shipping.

Payment Information​

  • Account Paid?: Checkbox to indicate if the account has been paid.

Actions​

  • Save Draft: Button to save the sales order as a draft.
  • Confirm Sale: Button to finalize and confirm the sale.

This page is essential for managing sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured and processed correctly.
